By storing up power, you can make use of the energy at any time. Keeping connected to the power grid, however, will guarantee that you always have electricity available.

While it may sound like solar panels won’t power your home, that’s not true. Most of the time they can provide all the energy you need, especially if no one is home during the day. Despite the good sized up-front cost to install the panels, you’ll find that by not having a monthly power bill, you can recoup that cost fairly easily.
